Devising Floor
This 2 Hour Workshop for coaches (with or without gymnast present) will provide you with guidance and tools to create a floor routine for any level. Must be in a studio or gym space and have specific floor music the gymnast wants to use. Participants welcome from all over the world! This workshop will be offered Onsite or through Zoom.
